Real Life Quidditch? Only In America

We all know that high school team games are massive in the States. Being good at basketball and American football can often earn you a full college scholarship. However, Quidditch could soon join them as an official school sport. Students at the Keller high school in Texas have played the fictional game from the Harry Potter books for the past couple of years now and want it to be recognised as a proper sport due to its competitiveness.

Obviously they can’t fly, but they still have to run around with brooms between their legs. That’s not the weirdest thing though. There’s even a Golden Snitch – a.k.a. a kid dressed in yellow who runs around like a puppy with a tennis ball tied to his waist. If you don’t believe us, check out the video: HERE.
